RapiClear CS mounting solution (1.45nD)

RapiClear CS是水溶性透明试剂，与CLARITY水凝胶组织透明试剂折射率一致（1.45nD），即经过脱脂后，将组织浸泡入RapiClear CS中，组织会变透明。透明后，可以通过共聚焦显微镜或光片显微镜观察几个毫米厚度的样品。RapiClear CS透明试剂（1.45nD）是即用型试剂，经过PBS或PBST洗涤后，将SDS去除，水凝胶可直接转移至透明试剂中进行透明。
