非靶细胞，即单核细胞、中性粒细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞、B细胞、干细胞、树突状细胞、NK细胞、粒细胞或红细胞，通过使用生物素偶联抗体的混合物进行标记。该混合物含有针对CD14、CD15、CD16、CD19、CD34、CD36、CD56、CD123和CD235a（糖蛋白A）的抗体。随后，用Pan T细胞微珠混合物对非靶细胞进行磁性标记。高纯度T细胞的分离是通过去除磁标记细胞来实现的。
