CD45RA磁珠用于人外周血淋巴细胞亚群的阳性选择或去除。

CD45RA在初始CD4+和CD8+ T细胞以及CD8+效应T细胞上表达。CD45RA也存在于B细胞和NK细胞亚群以及浆细胞样树突状细胞上。CD45RA抗体识别白细胞共同抗原（LCA）的220 kDa亚型。

CD45RA MicroBeads还可用于通过去除CD45RA+细胞从预先分选的CD4+或CD8+ T细胞中分离CD45RO+细胞

使用CD8 MultiSort Kit从pbmc中富集CD8+细胞。释放MultiSort MicroBeads后，用CD45RA MicroBeads对细胞进行磁标记。阳性选择分离CD8+CD45RA+ T细胞。
