CD45RO微珠用于人外周血淋巴细胞亚群的阳性选择或去除。

CD45RO在CD4+和CD8+ T记忆细胞以及CD4+效应T细胞上表达。CD45RO也在单核细胞、巨噬细胞和粒细胞上表达。CD45RO抗体识别白细胞共同抗原（LCA）的180 kDa同种异构体。

CD45RO MicroBeads可用于CD45RO+细胞的阳性选择或去除。为了分离CD45RO+ T细胞亚群，CD45RO MicroBeads可与CD4和CD8 MACS®T细胞分离试剂盒或MultiSort试剂盒结合使用。CD45RO MicroBeads还可用于通过去除CD45RO+细胞从预先分选的CD4+或CD8+ T细胞中分离CD45RA+细胞。

使用CD4 MultiSort Kit从pbmc中富集CD4+细胞。释放MultiSort MicroBeads后，用CD45RO MicroBeads对细胞进行磁标记。阳性选择分离CD4+CD45RO+效应T细胞和记忆T辅助细胞。
