iNKT细胞是一种独特的淋巴细胞群，其特征是表达不变的T细胞受体α-链和某些TCR β-链（Vα24-Jα18与Vβ11结合）。iNKT细胞参与免疫调节过程，如耐受、宿主防御和肿瘤监测。由于抗体的性质，与该产物分离后，靶细胞可能发生有限程度的预活化。

使用Anti-iNKT MicroBeads、两根分选柱和MiniMACS™分离器从人外周血中分离iNKT细胞。用Anti-iNKT-PE、CD3-APC和CD45-FITC对细胞进行荧光染色，并使用MACSQuant®分析仪进行分析。根据CD45的表达和细胞的侧散射特性进行圈门。
