产品介绍

用于间接磁性标记和分离细胞或其他材料,这些细胞或材料已用与异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)偶联的一抗或配体进行了标记。

FITC分子会被偶联在微珠上的单克隆抗FITC抗体识别,从而能够利用MACS®技术对荧光标记的物质进行阳性选择或去除。用FITC偶联的一抗和抗FITC微珠标记样本,可对分离出的细胞进行后续的流式细胞分析,而无需对该物质进行任何进一步的染色。

1、分离植物原生质体

2、从表皮组织中分离出小鼠朗格汉斯细胞
3、从大鼠脾脏中去除CD3+细胞,进而分离出CD3-自然杀伤细胞
4、通过去除CD44中/高表达的细胞,分离出表达低水平CD44的小鼠初始CD8+ T细胞
5、从人外周血单个核细胞中分离出IgD+ B细胞
