FITC分子会被偶联在微珠上的单克隆抗FITC抗体识别，从而能够利用MACS®技术对荧光标记的物质进行阳性选择或去除。用FITC偶联的一抗和抗FITC微珠标记样本，可对分离出的细胞进行后续的流式细胞分析，而无需对该物质进行任何进一步的染色。
